Once extracted, the product is brought to our laboratories in San Damiano d’Asti, in the amazing Piedmontese Monferrato landscape, where our team of experts brushes them maintaning the volatile substances that cover them and give them their unique aroma. We check every truffle to verify possible imperfections and the eligibility to sale.
For such a delicate product, the storing and packaging processes is as important as the cleaning and selection, that's why we store each truffle in special cells.
